The most famous of her roles is playing Marina Cooper in the Guiding Light soap opera and Marcy on Dawson's Creek. Mary Louise Parker starred in two episodes. Her most well-known role was playing Judy Kramer on Fox's 2005 Point Pleasant series and Marcy in the Dawson's Creek series. Three years in the role of Marina Cooper, in Guiding Light's soap-opera, earned nominations for Soap Opera Digest Awards 2003 in the Outstanding Newcomer category. Dollar was a part of the ABC soap opera Women's Murder Club as Cindy Thomas between 2007 and the year 2008. She starred on in the 2011 NBC pilot Happy Valley but it was not picked up.
