Bella Poarch

Bella Poarch is a Filipino born to biological Filipino parents. She was born in February 9th in 1997. Her adoption took place at the age of 3 by her maternal grandmother who was a slum dweller. The parents she adopted are American white with military training as well as her mother who is Filipino. She says that her and her brother, who was adopted when infants, were subject to abuse before they joined the military. For the purpose of moving to Texas at the age of 13, her family spent some time staying in San Francisco to stay with her aunt. She says the physical violence stopped within a couple of months but that she continued to endure emotional abuse from her father. When she turned 18 she joined her first service in the United States Navy. Poarch was the first to join TikTok in April of 2020 which quickly gained traction. Poarch accumulated over 40 million followers within just 8 months. Her biggest success was the music video she created for the hit Millie B track Soph Aspin Send. It became one of TikTok's most popular videos. The video zoomed in on her jumping rhythmically as well as lip-syncing with the song became a viral hit. After she joined TikTok and gained fame Poarch launched a YouTube channel as well as a Twitter account. Poarch hit her highest point of fame in the month of December. Two major Esports professional teams were reported to be keen on her. FaZe Clan, 100 Thieves have both expressed interest to have her as a freelance content creator to promote their brands.
